We are pleased to announce that the Third Conference on Earthquake Hazards in the Eastern San Francisco Bay Area will take place October 22-24, 2008 at California State University, East Bay, Hayward Hills Campus. This conference will highlight information on Eastern San Francisco Bay Area earthquake hazards that has been developed since 1982 and 1992 conferences.
The activities and publications will take advantage of interest generated by the 140th anniversary of the 1868 Hayward fault earthquake.
