There are several ways to order publications from CGS.  Before placing an order, please be certain that the publication(s) you are ordering will suit your needs.  If you are uncertain about the content of a particular publication, please call (916) 445-5716 or e-mail CGS at cgslibrary@conservation.ca.gov.  The Library staff will work with you to verify whether the information you require is in the document(s) you have identified.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

For International orders:

All non-U.S. orders must be paid with a credit card or an international money order or draft payable on/against a United States bank.  Rolled GDM Series maps cannot be mailed to foreign destinations due to U.S. Postal restrictions on tube length.  All prices include sales tax, but not shipping and handling, and are subject to change without notice.  Allow 3 weeks for delivery. 

REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PUBLICATIONS

If any of the publications you receive are defective in manufacture or are damaged in shipment, CGS will replace them at no charge if you return the defective/damaged items within 14 days of receipt.  You must include the original sales receipt or a photocopy that was enclosed with the shipment; CGS cannot process your replacement request without an original receipt or photocopy.  Please be sure to include your name, address, and a telephone number or e-mail address, so that CGS may contact you if questions arise.  CGS will process your request and ship replacement copies within 14 days of receiving your items.
