Business Funding Opportunities

If you are interested in starting a recycling-related business in California or interested in receiving funding for a specific recycling-related project, there are several options available. Listed below are several funding opportunities that have come to our attention. The Division of Recycling also awards grants each year to businesses, non-profit organizations and government organizations such as schools, cities and counties within California.

Resource Guide for Recycling-Based Businesses (October 2001) is a guide to direct users to sources of services and assistance from government and private agencies about loans, licenses, taxes and regulations pertaining to your business. It covers financial, business, permitting, and technical assistance from local, State, and federal sources.
