Complaints

The Division of Recycling receives and resolves complaints made about the State’s Beverage Container Recycling Program and any of the industry members it regulates including recycling centers, material processing facilities, beverage retailers, beverage distributors and beverage manufacturers.

The complaints may be made by calling 1-800-RECYCLE (732-9253) from California or by dialing direct to (916) 327-3043.
