Items needed:

• yarn

• scissors

• 2 - 8" x 11" pieces of cardboard

• a paper punch

• glue

• crayons or markers

Directions:

Glue the front page of your Activity Book to one of the 8" x 11" pieces of cardboard. Glue the back page of your Activity Book to the remaining piece of cardboard.

Place the Activity Book pages you printed out between the two cardboard pieces.

Make a hole with the paper punch in each activity book page and the two cardboard covers. Space each hole 1 inch apart. Make sure the holes are in the same place on each page. (Hint: You could use a piece of binder paper, with holes, as a guide.) Thread a long piece of yarn through the top holes of the covers and the paper. Loop it through the hole several times and tie a knot. Be sure to leave at least 30 inches extra to thread through the remaining holes as shown.

Loop the yarn through the bottom hole, and tie it to bind your book.

Use crayons or markers to color your activity book.
